UPVC pipes and pipe fittings for building drainage regard PVC resins as the main materials, adding amount of accessory ingredients. Product feature
Compared with traditional cast iron pipe, UPVC pipes and pipe fittings have the following characteristics:
1) Good physical and chemical properties. Pipes and pipe fittings that made up of PVC are corrosion resistant, and excellent in cushion effect; small fluid resistance (improve 30% compared with the same caliber cast iron pipe flow), ageing resistant, long service life (according to Test data of national Ministry of Construction, they have an economic life span of 40~50 years), which are ideal materials for building drainage and chemical pollution.
2) Light quality and practical, easy to install. The weight is 1/7 of the same caliber cast iron pipe, which can greatly accelerate project schedule and reduce the operating charges.
3) Inner wall is smooth, fluent drainage is fluent, and pipeline is less likely to block. The design of check hole is unique, which is easy to detect and operate without any tool.
4) Save construction costs. Compared with the same standard cast iron water pipe, use UPVC plastic discharge pipe has a low comprehensive cost and low maintenance.
Product usage
UPVC drain and hush pipe fittings: this product is fit for internal drainage pipes of construction. Considering the chemical resistance and heat resistance of materials, it can also be used for industrial water drainage pipes.
