Regarding samples
1) Sample development/ sample lead time: 5 days
2) Sample charges: Free sample for our stock sample, new customisation items we will charge sample fee, when reach to our MOQ we will refund in bulk order
3) Production lead time: 7-10 days.
4) Payment term: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against shipment
Payment methods we accept:
1) Bank transfer, preferred, 3- 5 working days
2) Western Union, most expensive service fee, but faster and most convenient, 10 minutes
3) MomenyGram, bank service charges are cheaper, 1--2 working days
4) Paypal, most convenient special for USA customers, customer need to pay paypal service fee
About Shipment:
1) All items will be completely and double check before packaing and shipment. We will make sure all the items coming with good condition swhen reach to your address.
2) Sample order and Small order can consider express forwarders as they can give lower shippment cost. ( DHL, TNT, FeDex, UPS, Special airline, Aramex, China post air mail, Hongkong post air mail etc...
