1.Q: Can you provide me your catalogue?
A: We have thousands of products, with different line at ceramic and porcelain items. Please kindly tell me which kind of items you prefer to and provide me more information. Then we could recommend to you accordingly.
2. Q:What's the MOQ?
A: We usually require a MOQ as 1500 to 2400 pcs, and always plus several to meet integer cartons.
3.Q: Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A: Sure. We can make OEM and ODM items as long as you tell us your idea or provide photos.
We have done many OEM project for our customers.
Sample time is 15-20 days as normally.
Sample fee is charged according to the size of the product.
4. Q:The sample fee is refundable?
A: Yes, sample fee is refundable when order is up to certain quantity, say, USD 5000 .
5. Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer, so you might provide AI, CDR or PDF files, ect.
We will make clear artwork for your final confirmation.
6.Q: How about your quality guarantee?
A:We’re 100% responsible for damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package.
