1. How long does the order take?

Normally Stuff sent out within 3-5 working days after received the payment. 

And arrived customers about 4-7 days by DHL , FEDEX ,UPS or EMS .

2. What is the after-sale service? 

If any problem cause by our side,we would surely help customers to solve these problems. refund money,or resend goods, or other ways.

3. How about the Warranty? 

1). If you get the products and it damage, please keep it and send it to us in 1 month, we will send the good one to you with the following order.

2). If the product is already used by you, then no warranty. 

3). If the product is broken by man-made, then no warranty.

4). If our label broken, then no warranty.(This point is very important,keep the label complete )

5. About shipment 

Shipment way we accept DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT, EMS, HONGKONG post.

EMS and HONGKONG post may slower than that , HONGKONG POST to USA need 10-15 work days.
