Heat Exchanger Finned Condenser

Material:

a) Bundy tube (steel tube coated with copper): 4.76 x 0.70mm, 6 x 0.70mm, 6.35 x0.70mm, 8 x 0.70mmb)

b)Steel wire: 1.2-1.6mm (both sides can be  with steel plates and brackets; can be upon your choice)

Key Process:

Steel straightening cut---grinding head--- Coppering, welding ,blow dirty---straightening cut--coil (pipe)---chamfering- - - welding-- eventually bending--- weld tube with-----copper tube straightening and cut- - - expansion, shrinking mouth---tube bending forming---assembly welding- - - leakage check ---- pretreatment ----- electrophoresis paint-----plastic spraying----- blow dirty,blunt the pressure----packing in warehouse

Painting: 

Cathode electrophoresis painting (black)

Surface with electrophoresis coating to prevent the corrosion.
