Question 1 : What is different with 3d board which is made by Bamboo material ?
Answer :
1-It's made by Bamboo material just like a hard paper . It cost less in product, but have to pay more to workers for installation.
2-Our leather panel is ready made, finished made. The main material is PU Leather + PU foam . It is fire resistant, water proof and sound proof . These features are short of by bamboo made.
3- Leather looks more luxury and better touching than bamboo made. The most important is, our panel is easier for clean and the life time is longer.
4- We are soft and high rebound to avoid the risk of hitting on the wall. It is a perfect product to use in school, sport place and kindergarten.
All of these, different material, different funtions make the cost different.
Question 2 : What is different than Mold made panel which has PVC backboard ?
Answer :
1. Mold-made is made through high pressure and temperature. It’s to melt the leather to give a new texture. It changes the original quality of the leather, and will be fragile during weather change. To avoid this problem, our panels are made 100% by hand. We promise 10 years, but it’s no problem for 20 years.
2. SAMROSE is pursuing a concept of puzzle, with unlimited designs. There are regular and irregular shapes, thick and thin thickness, also colorful mosaics. It’s a big family with many different styles, which is not possible for mold-made.
3. There is PVC board on the back of the mold-made. When it bend and deform, it’ll be difficult during installation. That’s why the mold-made can’t produce the size bigger than 40X40cm. But SAMROSE can make bigger sizes like 60X60cm or 60X120cm. That’s because we also use faux leather on the back, which makes the whole body soft. Then, it can be used for round or sharp corners without connection joint.
4. SAMROSE has another important feature of Sound Proof. It’s built up by thick and high density PU foam, which can prevent hitting too. SAMROSE has done many projects for KTV, Home Theatre, Night Club, Hotel Bedhead, Kindergarten and Baby Center, etc.
Question 3 : How to install ?
Answer : It is ready goods , just glue it on the wall . Enjoy DIY. Save install manpower and cost .
