HOW LASER CUTTING SYSTEMS WORK?

Laser Cutting Systems use high powered lasers to vaporize material in the laser beam path; eliminating hand labor and other complicated extraction methods needed for small part scrap removal.

There are two basic designs for laser cutting systems: Galvanometer (Galvo) Systems and Gantry Systems:

•Galvanometer Laser Systems use mirror angles to reposition the laser beam in different directions; making the process relatively quick.

•Gantry Laser Systems are similar to XY Plotters. They physically direct the laser beam perpendicular to the material that is being cut; making the process inherently slow.

By using mechanic tools (knife-cutter), the cutting of resistant, tough leather causes heavy wear. As a result, the cutting quality decreases from time to time. As the laser beam cuts without having contact with the material, it will still remain the same quality.  Laser engravings produce some kind of embossing and enable fascinating haptic effects.

While processing shoe leather material, traditional laser engraving and punching is processing materials which were already cut. These technics include complex procedures such as cutting, positioning, engraving and punching, which have problems of wasting time, wasting materials and wasting labor power.

However, Multi-function ZJ(3D)-160100LD Laser Cutting and Engraving Machine solves the above problems. It perfectly combines marker making, engraving, hollowing, punching, cutting and feeding materials together and saves 30% materials compared with traditional technics.

Laser Machine Features

1) This machine adopts 3D dynamic galvanometer control system. 150W Co2 RF metal laser tube. Laser power supply and cutting speed can be adjustable, maximally energy saving.

2) Germany Scanlab 3D dynamic Galvo head, one time scan area could reach 400*400mm.

3) Large-scale engraving cutting and hollowing on leather, shoe, denim, textile, fabric, and more flexible material.

4) Conveyor working table with auto-feeding system (optional), it realizes efficient and automatic processing for fabrics in roll.

5) Equipped with foot switch for easy operation. Following top and bottom exhaust fans ensure good exhaust suction effects and environment friendly processing.

6) With Golden Laser self-developed software, various formats are supported according to your requirements.

7) User-friendly 5 inches LCD screen CNC system and off-line motion control system with high automation.

Laser Engraving Machine Features

1) 150W (Standard) CO2 RF metal laser (70W / 100W / 500W Optional). Laser output power and processing speed can be adjusted to maximize energy savings

2) 3D dynamic galvanometer control system and automatic up and down Z axis ensure the best processing results.

3) Automatic shuttle zinc-iron honeycomb working table. Convenient for fabric feeding and rewinding. Continuous processing ensures high working efficiency. It can do multi-position processing. If on-the fly engraving, the working area reaches 900mm×450mm.

4) Suitable for high speed engraving and punching large format leather, fabrics, denim, etc; also engraving cutting small items like leather jeans labels.

5) Use-friendly 5 inches LCD screen CNC system and off-line digital motion control system, high degree of automation.

6) Rear exhaust suction system. Short distance of exhaust suction with good effect.

7) Foot switch for easy operation.

8) If adopts 500W CO2 RF metal laser tube. The cutting speed is 3 times of machine with 150W laser tube. It is especially suitable for cutting light color leather and genuine leather with better effect, higher efficiency and lower cost.
