Sleeve Bag Dust Collector
Product Descriptions:
Sleeve bag dust collectors use needle felt bags for filtrations and reverse pulse jet air to clean bags. The dust laden gas enters through the bags. Dusts are filtered by dustcake and fabric. The clean air exits through the outside the bags. This type of bag dust collectors can be used for most of industrial dust collect applications
Our sleeve bag dust collectors are modular design. Multi modules can be combined into a large unit. Thus the baghouse has unlimited bags. Each module can be shipped in standard container, which greatly reduce the freight cost.
Features:
1. Each modular can be shipped in standard container, greatly reduce the shipping freight.
2. Most components pre-installed in factory to minimize installation on site. No welding work is required on site, which allows quickest erection of system.
3. Highest efficiency and durable needle felt bags ensures reliable and high efficiency filtration performance.
4. A wide range of media fabrics available to meet the needs of any industrial process.
5. Deflector plate in the inlet to knocks down larger particles into the hopper reducing bag abrasion. Down flow entry style using gravity to utmost reduce the dust load on bags
6. Featured structure design. Each modular is available in different height to accommodate different airflow. Inlet and outlet are special designed to achieve optimal airflow.
7. Minimum maintenance. Tool-free maintenance for filter bags & cages. Easy access doors on top of dust collectors.
8. Handrail on top and pulse control weather hood are as standard components
