JFY N Air-Cooled Cooling Band Series
Application:
Generally is used in powder coating production line to cool the extruded material.
An stainless steel caterpallar along with cold air solidfy melted material and lead them to crusher at the end of the cooling band.
Flakes can be adjusted from 1-3mm in thickness and 5-10mm in width.
Main characteristic:
1. Cooling roll has been designed specially to max. cool efficiency
2. Hard chrome plated cooling roll
3. Cooling roll and crusher equipped with overloaded alarm and protection system
4. Chain anti distortion system
5. Reverse motion possibility for emergency case
