Sintered stainless steel fiber felt is sintered by extremely fine metal fibers (diameter accurate to micron), and then non-woven spreading, stacking and high temperature sintering.stainless steel sintered felt is formed by a different aperture hole gradient which can be controlled to obtain a high filtering accuracy and greater dirt holding capacity.

¤Easy processing, forming, and welding¤Be produced according to user requirements are particularly enhanced, thickened type,intensive network type and various other specifications.
Applications:
Sintered stainless steel fiber felt has an excellent filter performance, it is an ideal material of heat resistance and corrosion resistance with high precision. It’s widely used in filtration of high molecular polymer, petrochemicals, dust cleaning of high-temperature gas, pre-filtration of ultrafilter, and filtration of petroleum refining, vacuum pump, catalyst support, air bag restraint,hydraulic system, etc.
