A: Fine stoneware, fine porcelain,earthenware.
Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Yuzhou,Henan, that is the biggest ceramic manufacturing
base, it takes about 2 hours from Zhengzhou Airport to the factory.
Q:How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A:If you have freight collect express account such as UPS, Fedex, we can send the
sample for free(Customized samples will charge sample cost about USD5 per piece,
and return after the order.)
Q:How long can I expect the sample?
A:Usually 1-7 days to prepare the samples.
Q:What is the lead time for mass production?
A:Usually 14-30 days after we get the deposit or confirmed L/C.
Q:What’s your items of delivery?
