2.Weekly Meeting:Every Tuesday,we have to report on the last week work,and plan of next work and the completion of month target.If someone has met difficulties,also can put forward,then we will help him or her solve them.

3.Monthly Meeting:On the 5th of every month is our monthly meeting.First,we need to sumarized last month work and rewarding the one who has good performance last month,then we set up this month goals,last we have dinner together.
