1.Morning Meeting:Every morning,we have a host(hostress) to hold the metting.First is Greeting.The host(hostress says"Good morning,everybody!",then we say"Good,good,very good!".Second is sharing.The one who has got orders need to share the customer turnover methods.Last is ending.The host(hostress)says"Ok,one,two,three!",then we say"Fighting,fighting,fighting!".This is an encourage for us and we are passion when working.
2.Weekly Meeting:Every Tuesday,we have to report on the week's work, as well as plans for next week, as well as the target completion.If someone has met difficulties,also can put forward,then we will solve them.
