1, the surface treating agent, such as used for silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, plastic keys on mobile phones, epoxy adhesive surface bonding, etc.
2, reinforcing filler: can be used for rubber RTV and HTV rubber, heat molding liquid silicone rubber, vulcanized rubber, without shell potting for semiconductor devices, LED potting glue manufacturing.
3, tackifier: for sealant, silicone resin coating.
4, and other additives, such as make up remover, defoaming agent, agent and adhesive, and light, and forming the stripping force regulator of anti-sticking agent.
5, used for pressure sensitive adhesive, mica plate, mica tape, adhesives silicon resin synthesis.
Introduce of Methyl hydrogen crosslinking agent:(methyl hydrogen silicone oil)
Methyl silicone-hydrogen containing crosslinking agent is a methyl silicon-hydrogen containing silicone oil. Easy crosslinking reactive as a result of a certain amount of reactive silicone bonded hydrogen contained; it can be a crosslinking agent for liquid silicones under the catalytic of Pt. Also hydrophobic film on the surface of various substances can be formed at lower temperature under reactive of metal salt and catalyst. Hydrogen containing silicone oil is with properties of temperature resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation and physiological inertia, and different viscosity products can be produced by adjusting hydrogen content.
