Product Description

 Description of milk tank

Usage:

This tank is most applicable for storage and mixing of all kinds of liquid products when need insulation in dairy products, juice, beer and brew, chemistry and biology engineering.

 

Specifications:

Material: All material used is high quality SUS304 stainless steel, 2B surface or SUS316L stainless steel, inner shell thickness is about 3-4mm, outer shell is about 2mm.

 

Structure:

Isolated design (double layer), with 50-60mm PU as insulation, cylindrical shape, triangle or cylinder legs.

 

Agitator type:

Without agitator, wing agitator, anchor type agitator, propeller type agitator, frame type agitator.

 

Standard attachments:

(1). One air tight side manway

(2). Anti-butterfly and dirt air vent

(3). One PT100 thermometer, temperature indication range 0-100°C

(4). CIP cleaning ball

(5). Product inlet and outlet

(6). Discharge valve with union

(7). Adjustable legs

(8). One sanitary sample valve
