Extracting tank:
This extracting tank is used to extract tea from the tea leaves, or make medicine from herbal medicine.
All the tank wall is made of high quality SUS304-2B stainless steel, the jacket adopts high density of PU as insulation and was made out of new procedures; this tank can use steam to heat the product inside with steam or hot water inside of the dimple pad; the paddle type agitator is mounted from top at the centre; other standard attachments such as: airtight manhole, high and low level probe, temperature sensor, the extracted liquid product is discharged from bottom outlet; dregs are also discharged from bottom where a net is fixed to separate the dreg from the liquid product; the top cover is elliptical type and bottom base is of conical types.
