fruit spiral pre-cooking machine,

 

Applicant: 

 

continuous pre-cook those small sizes of fruits or vegetables in order to kill the enzyme and soften it;

 

All material using SUS304 stainless steel material, products are move forward by the spiral(screw), with heat insulation for safety consideration; 

 

Continuously pre-cooking by water soaking, product is discharged by soft scrapper. 

 

Pre-cooking and softening those fruits flesh which is made from the crushed fruits.

 

Cooking temperature: ≤100°C
