MANDARIN Machinery warrants its power tools under the following terms and conditions.

1, Free of charge repair is carried out in accordance with the 6 warranty provisions and exclusions as stated below, in which case our after-sales service center should confirm that the defective product is due to material or manufacturing faults within the warranty period.

2, The length of the warranty depends on the variety of tools. All our power tools carry a 12-month warranty which starts from the date of purchase as implied from the invoice date.

3, Exclusions

a. Damages of bearing or gear that result from normal wear and tear under normal use in line with operating instructions (We also exclude consumable parts that normally wear out such as the O-ring, carbon brush, and the like.)

b. Tool malfunctions resulting from misuse, abnormal environmental conditions, improper operating conditions, overload, lack of necessary repair and maintenance, and the use of the tool in any manner contrary to operating conditions.

c. Defects resulting from the use of accessories, parts or components that are not manufactured by MANDARIN Machinery.

d. Tool failure from unauthorized modification or the addition of parts to the tool.

e. Tool quality that slightly deviates from the standard, but the deviation does not affect the proper functioning and the worth of the tool.

4, MANDARIN Machinery (GEDA) will replace at no charge for parts or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves to be defective because of improper manufacture or materials.

5, Clients should apply for our Free of Charge Repair Service within the warranty period. This requires clients to send the defective tool along with the original purchase invoice (which must have the purchase date and product name clearly indicated) to our after-sales service center or authorized repair center as implied in the operating instructions. Clients are not allowed to submit only part of the tool or the fully dissembled tool to us.

6, We do not pay for any expenses outside the scope of our warranty terms.

7, We do not extend or update our warranty.
