Q1: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
We do have USB computer headphones in stock, MOQ is 50 pcs.For other wired headphones and earphonesthere are thousands kinds of different shape models for choosing and printing customized own logo.
Q2: Are you a manufacture?
Yes, we are factory established in 2008, with over 200 workers and 4000 squares meters workshop.
Q3: What is your minimum order quantity?
As a general rule our MOQ is 1000pcs for customized earphone and headphones. Although on occasions we have produced orders for less than 1000. However, for one of small orders costs are likely to be very high production time is longer when considering printing, tooling and set-up costs.
Q4: How can I get a sample to check quality and how long is the sample time?
After samples charge is confirmed, you can require samples to check our quality. In general, $5/PC for a sample to check the design and sounds quality, and client also has to afford the express freight.For sample
making, we will charge $30~$200 to cover the cost on filming and printing. Final price will be confirmed
according to the products’ craftwork.
Q5: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1) The headphone or earphone model, please send us our model number to refer.
2) Your Logo pattern.
3) The pantone color number of headphones and earphones and logo.
4) Packing methods.5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q6: How do you ship the finished production?
1) By sea
2) By plane
3) By DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc.
