1. FEATURE OF 4 roller plate rolling machine
1.It is a kind of four-roller symmetrical machine with hydraulic pressure. It can shape steel board
into cylinder, U model etc.
2.The up roller is the main drive.Through the reducer output gear and gear meshing to provide torque for
coiled sheet.
3.The down roller make the vertical movement by the hydraulic cylinder.
4.Cone rolling is much easier.
5. Hydraulic drop end for ease of finished cylinder removal, and conical bending device.
6. Emergency system: safety string barrier around the machine and emergency push button.
