A neodymium magnet (also known as NdFeB, NIB or Neo magnet), the most widely used type of rare-earth magnet, is a permanent magnet made from an alloy of neodymium, iron and boron, with great performance and competitive price.

Coating
Coating is an in alienable component of NdFeb magnets. It prevents these magnets from oxidation.
Widely used coatings are Ni-Cu-Ni, Nickel, Zn, Gold, Silver, Copper, Epoxy, Chemical, PTFE, Parylene, Everlube, and Passivation
