SINTERED ALNICO MAGNETS
- Alnico is an alloy containing Aluminium (Al), Nickel (Ni), Cobalt (Co) hence named Alnico. Alnico alloys make strong permanent magnets, and can be magnetized to produce strong magnetic fields.
- Alnico is produced by either sintering or casting.
- Sintered Alnico magnets are produced through a powder metallurgy process in a controlled atmosphere and high temperature.
- These are most suitable for the manufacture of complex shaped magnets
- Our company has been manufacturing about 500 tonnes of about sintered alnico magnets every year.
