Product description

The trainer uses ABS braking system. It is driven by motor and can demonstrate working principle of the ABS braking system also can show its structure. The teaching needs of the composition and working principle of the ABS system, fault-setting and fault diagnostics can be met.

Structure and composition

inverter, motor, ABS controller, ABS computer, speed sensors, brake master cylinder, brake wheel cylinders, brake disc, pressure gauges, power, fault settings and troubleshooting system, computer engraving color schematic panel, training bench, etc.

Features

1. With original car ABS braking system, it can fully display the structure and composition of the ABS braking system.

2. The working principle and process is displayed by the LED indicator on the panel. And the change of the wheel speed can be monitored in time.

3. The complete schematics and detection terminal of the ABS braking system are printed on the bench panel. Signal parameters, such as: voltage, resistance, frequency, etc. of various sensors, ABS control unit can be detected by instruments.

4. Pressure gauge installed on the experiment bench which can display the hydraulic pressure changes in the master cylinder and the brake cylinder.

5.ABS fault lights show the fault encountered. Automatic power-off protection device avoids the anti-motor drag thus effectively to protect the electrical components.

6. The motor and brake disc is connected by multi-disc clutch which can achieve differential brake.

7. After setting the fault, the trainees can use the instruments to check out the location and the failure through the fault troubleshooting exercises.

8. The trainer is also equipped with data detection port. Instruments can be used to inspect the diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing the fault code, reading the dynamic data flow and setting the parameter.
