How to send an inquiry efficiently?

1. About the size: if the  tulle gift bag you are looking for is the same as following, then let us know the size of A ,B and C separately please.

2. About the thickness: Generally speaking, the thickness of  tulle gift bag is from 60 to 200 micron depends on your requests.

3. About the logo(if it has): If the  tulle gift bag is imprinted, then please send the picture of the logo to us. We need to know how the logo looks like, how many colors the logo has, also please make it clear that is it the logo one side imprinted or two.

1. For small amount, such as sample charge or freight fee for the samples, you can pay through paypal for saving your time.

2. For big amount, we suggest you make it through western union or T/T. We prefer 30% down payment(deposit) first, balance clear against the scanned copy of the Bill of loading.

About the Samples 

1. If this  tulle gift bag is blank (without printing) and we have stock in hand, we can always provide free samples, but the freight fee will be paid by the customers.this 

2. If you need the tulle gift bag with your custom logo on it, then you will have to pay the plate fee(set up charge) together with the freight fee  .

3. When we confirm the payment, we will start to prepare the samples ASAP. Your full address (including receiver’s full name, phone no, zip code, city and country) should be well declared.

4. If you don’t have a DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS account for the freight collect, we also accept transfer through PayPal.

Packaging & Shipping

1.1000pcs/bundle,  100pcs/pack, then in carton or customized. 

2.If total weight of the order is less than 150kgs, or total volum is less than 1 CBM, shipping

by UPS, FEDEX,TNT, or UPS will be more economical and convenient for you.

3.If total weight of the order is more than 150kgs, or total volum is more than 1CBM, shipping by sea will be better for you.
