Product description:
1.95% alumina or steatite ceramic;
2.heat compression molding,the alumina has been to improved insulation and mechanical strength,heat resistance,performance, especially sensitivity to temperature.
3.The ceramics without crack, without burr,without pinholes,without gaps,without impurities, surface is smooth, dye absorption is passed;
4.The ceramic body is compact, Density ≥ 3.65g/cm3, high mechanical shock resistance.
5.Linear Dimension Tolerance ≤ ±0.015mm,Aperture Tolerance ≤ ± 0.02mm, Hole Deformation Size ≤ 0.01mm,Circumferential Deformation Size ≤ 0.1mm.
6.Insulation Resistance ≥ 100MΩ (have been checked by megohm in DC500V).
7.Dielectric Strength: AC2000V/50HZ/1min no breakdown phenomenon.
8.Linear expansion coefficient is slight,and less than 8.0 × 10-6mm /°C, and good for thermal shock performance.
9.Sintering temperature is 1700 °C, the use of a temperature not lower than 1300 °C, good corrosion resistance.
