1.Ceramic end cap for lamp is made from alumina or steatite.
2.We manufacture these ceramic end fitting through ceramic end fitting through hot pressing and dry pressing.
3.Standard type or customize type are available to us.
4.Surface finish: External surface with glazed
5.The ceramic end caps have no cracks, no burrs, no pin holes, no impurites. Surface is smooth.
6.Good insulation and electrical performance, insulation resistance ≥100MΩ (have been checked by megohm in DC500V); Dielectric Strength: AC2000V/50HZ/1min no breakdown phenomenon and low linear expansion coefficient is slight,and less than 7.0 × 10-6mm /°C, and good for thermal shock performance.

1.Standard type and custom made available, or not?
Yes, we can provide this kind of service to our customer. We have our own tooling for standard end caps, aslo we can produce various of ceramic end fitting according to customers' specification, drawing or samples.
2.What is the lead time for ceramic end caps?
In common case, the regular lead time for new samples is 4~5 weeks; Once the samples qualified, the lead time is within 4 weeks after receipt of formal order. But the order quantity is a key factory to influence the lead time.
3.Does this raw material meet RoHS, REACH?
Yes, whatever alumina , steatite C221 or zirconia ceramic material are comply with RoHS, REACH appliance.
