1. This alumina ceramic plate is made from 95 alumina ceramic.
2. Categories of ceramic material: 95 alumina, 99 alumina, 99.5 alumina, zirconia
3. Specification: the max. size can be up to 200*200mm, the typical thickness is 1mm to 6mm;
4. Tight dimensional tolerance
