SHINTOOL provide the warranty period to JF Series High Lift Scissor Truck,for a period of  1year  after  the  date of Bill of Lading. 

During the warranty period SHINTOOL guarantee to supply free replacement parts to any defective of SHINTOOL product which 

proved to be defective in material or workmanship under proper operation.

After the period of warranty, the customer can send the required parts no.s which shows on the parts book, SHINTOOL will send

quotation for the new replacement parts. Technical questions are welcome to SHINTOOL,  SHINTOOL will reply in 24 hours.
