Warranty details
SHINTOOL provide the warranty period to LG4S Forklift attachment olecranon drum clamp, for a period of 1year after the date of Bill of Lading.
During the warranty period SHINTOOL guarantee to supply free replacement parts to any defective of SHINTOOLproduct which proved to be defective in material or workmanship under proper operation.
After the period of warranty, the customer can send the required parts no.s which shows on the parts book, SHINTOOL will sendquotation for the new replacement parts. Technical questions are welcome to SHINTOOL,SHINTOOL will reply in 24 hours.
1. What is the time for quotation ?
SHINTOOL: For small items quotation normally reply in 24 hours, long list quotation, normally reply on 1-2 days.
2. What is the delivery time for the parts?
SHINTOOL: For short lift order, and normal parts which we have stock,
2- 3days after received of payment. For long list, normally 5-7 days.
3. What payment solution acceptable?
SHINTOOL: Normally is based on the TT payment solution, small amount order, perferable by Western Union, Paypal.
