Advantages
1. The ramp is used together with forklift truck for loading and unloading the cargos.
2. The ramp using the hydraulic pump,and no need the electric power source,can adjust the height
of the ramp easily.
3. We use the anti-skid steel grate plate to make sure the safety during operation.
The steel grate plate is durable, not easy to be ponding,and not easy to deformation.
The surface of the plate is with oval anti-skid sawtooth which will be more effective to provide the forklift tyrefrom wearing during operation.
4. The thickness of the material is 32mm,and the material anti-skid density space is 30*25mm which make the whole machine more steady and durable.
5. We use solid tyres instead of the pneumatic tyres which will be more safety and easy to control during operation,we also choose different tyre size (like 500MM-8,600MM-9)for the different models.

Product details
Hydraulic system:
1. With handle pump, screw the return valve clockwise.
2. Move the handle stick, to lift the ramp slowly.
3. When the return valve is screwed counterclockwise, the hydraulic oil will go back, and the ramp will fall down on its own weight.
Packaging & Shipping
Operation:
1. Fasten the return vavle and press the handl to move the ramp over the truck soleplate. Unfold the landing legs to working height.
2. Drive the car under the plate.
3. Release the return valve, and the ramp will fall down onto the afterbody of the truck, then fasten the ramp and the truck with the chain.
The hyraulic system and the tyres of ramp do not carry the weight.
4. Operating starts.
5. When the operation finishes, untie the fixing chains. Lifting the ramp by the handle stick, and then drive out the truck.
6. Uplifting the afterbody of the ramp to move around hang on the truck.

Warranty details

During the warranty period SHINTOOL guarantee to supply free replacement parts to any defective of SHINTOOL product which proved to be
defective in material or workmanship when under proper operation during warranty period.
After the period of warranty, the customer can send the required parts no.s which shows on the parts book, SHINTOOL will sendquotation for
the new replacement parts. Any technical questions can send to SHINTOOL and SHINTOOL will reply in 24 hours.
