How does it work?
Step 1: To move forward or backward, the rider just let the body leans slightly forward or backward.
Step 2: When the left foot forward, the scooter will turn right. When the right foot forward, the scooter will turn left.
Step 3: Stand straightly, you will stop moving.

* Self Balancing Scooter is a commuting machine instead of a transportation machine, please do not ride it on the vehicle road.

Shipping
• For samples, we ship by DHL (3 - 5 days according to different countries)
• For more than 50kgs, we recommend Air freight or DHL 3 - 8 days on the way.
• For more than 300Kgs, sea shipping is recommended.
NOTE: Buyers pay all expense of shipping and insurance when buyer receives the goods, he must check the packing list and take pictures to get proof from the express-man if any part is missing. As a seller, we are only responsible to the delivery to the board of China. But we will help buyer get compensation from shipping company for missing goods if buyer has valid proof.
Notice For import tax and other charges
Buyers pay all expense including import tax and handling charges.
For exporter, we have to pay our local charges, such as Commercial checking, customs and documents fee. So it is same for buyer to pay his charges like import tax and etc.
Our self balancing scooter's warranty
All products made in our factory are supplied with 12 months free serving.
1. Warranty period: 12 months for motor, 6 months for Motherboard, 1 month for tires, free repair.
2. Return policy (during warranty period):
• The 1st - 2nd month: Buyer pays shipping to China and we pay return (from China to buyer's address). When we return the repaired products, we usually use China Post Airmail. If buyers want faster, we can ship by DHL but buyers pay extra cost.
• The 3rd - 12th month: Buyers pay both shipping cost.
Note: No refund unless we send a wrong product.
We do not charge repair cost during 12 months warranty. After warranty, we just charge a little labor cost.
