1.)How to buy?
First, the customer need to sure to buy what kind of products, then, to pay a deposit of 30%, we started to produce the product, last, we will inform you before shipment, you pay us the 70% balance, we shipping immediately.

2.)What time of delivery and How to transport?
About 15-30 days with actual quantity and products.

3.)How to install?
Generally simple amusement equipment, we will provided the install video and drawings, let the customer to installation by yourself, if you need that we can send our professional installation engineers team, but your side need to pay all that can be involved fee for our engineers team. Such as visa fee, tickets fee, hotel fee, food fee etc.

4.)Your products have a quality assurance?
All of our products are according to the export quality to production, and our company of all the products has passed the quality, safety, environmental protection of certification.

5.)How long is the guarantee period?
We can guarantee 24 months, it just work in the host machine, display etc main parts ( except wearing parts), if you need to change the spare parts, you need to pay the cost of spare parts.
