6000 aluminum alloy extrusion profile for window
Yonglijian Aluminum Co. Ltd. was established in 1986 and located in Foshan, Guangdong. More than 200000 sq.m area. It is a large scale aluminum factory, specialized in kinds of decorative aluminum profiles for window, door, curtain wall, ceiling, furniture and industrial profile, etc. We provide design, fabrication, and installation of window, door, and curtain wall construction. The capacity of extrusion profiles reaches up to 100000 tons, and engineering capacity of doors & window up to 3000000sq.m.
We have 5 polishing machines, 3 horizontal anodizing and electrophoresis coating lines which can produce profiles up to 7.2 meters long. There are also 4 powder coating lines. One is imported from switzerland. They can produce various aluminum profiles of powder spraying, pvdf, wooden grain and 3D wooden. Our aluminum extrusion profiles export to all over the world.

1. What usage of aluminum extrusion profile?
A:Aluminum profile will be used for many applications. Windows and door, furniture cabinet door frame, wardrobe decoration, industry, heat sink, LED light bar, Machine, ect.
What services we can do for you?
A: We provide the aluminum profile for window & door, furniture, industry also the finished assembled windows and door, curtain wall.
2. How do you quote price per ton or per meter?
A: We can provide two pricing modes, as per your requirements.
3. What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual weight?
A: Actual weight is the actual weight including packaging
Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.
4. How do you charge the extrusion die fee?
A:If we need to open the new die for your order, die opening fee will be refunded to customers when order quantity reaches a certain amount.
5. How long will you make the sample for me?
A: It will take about 10-15days after confirming your new die fee
6. What’s the coating thickness for anodized? Can you do 15um -25um?
A: Our standard coating thickness is about 10um, but we can make it 15um, 20um, even 25um.
7.What color you can do for powder coated finish?
What is the coating thickness?
A: We can do any colors if you provide the color sample or you can choose from RAL colors.
Our coating thickness is about 65-80um
