Pipe Handling Crane

Electric Hydraulic Marine Pipe Handling Cranes are designed to meet heavy demand for multiple marine purposes. Standard model or special custom built design of requested. Capacity range from 10-500TM. SWL up to 20T and jib length up to 30 meters.
Electric Hydraulic Marine Hose Handling Cranes can be delivered with integrated power package or connected to the exsiting hydraulic system. They also can be delivered with electric motor of an explosion proof type.

Electric Hydraulic Marine Hose Handling Cranes can be used for all kinds of oil tankers; chemical product carriers etc. and meet the ex-proof requirements for the danger zone and the requirements of OCIMF. Other cranes (e.g. oil-transferring crane etc.) can be designed and manufactured as per Users’ requirements.
Operation:
Complete self-contained hydraulic power unit in crane house.
Control stand on the crane house (No cabin).
Main Control station: 3 levers (hoisting – slewing - luffing) simultaneous operation. (Reducing Condition).
Stepless speed control (0 ~ max)
Universal Joint (Cardan shaft, Pedestal inside- easy installation).
