Deck scalers

For use in removing scales and surface paint from the ships deck. The 

scaler has a handle, allowing the operator to stand during use, relieving 

fatigue and protecting the eyes from dust and chipped metal or scale. 

Various types of scaling operation machines are available. Required air 

pressure is 0.59 MPa (6 ).

drum assembly.

5. Part details:

No.1 Four grade air filter prevent dust from outside. (Kholer engine is 6 grade air 

filter, and Honda engine is 4 grade air filter)  

No.2 SKF casting ball bearing and V belt, which the engine power is sent to bearing.  

No.3 Lift, down and adjust the height of drum.

No.4 Charge the drum assembly in the five minutes.

No.5 Vacuum and water port for dust-free operation; See the drum assembly under 

the machine.
