Printing method: inkjet printers
Color: white ( silver, golden color we also produce)
Consist: 2pcs 0.15mm transparent printable PVC film +1pcs 0.46mm white core middle sheet
Size: 200*300mm (Special size can be customized)
Steps to make card is as following:
1, Use inkjet printer to print the image on the surface of printable film ,Be sure use mirror image printing mode and wait until the ink dried (about 5-10minutes)
2, Remove the protection film on two surface of core sheet, and turn over the printable film (the side with image is inward) ,and put the printing film and adhesive base together ,go through the pouch laminator ,the temperature is around:120°C-160°C.
3. Cut the laminated sheet into standard card sizes, and then remove the protection film from the surface of the card.
