The tension of the screen is provided by epoxy resin or carefully controlled spot welds. Our entire range of round Pretension Screens are shipped with a gasket attached, made from approved FDA components, to speed screen changes.
Each of our Pretension screens uses a rolled foundation ring made from high quality 304 stainless steel. The ring is seal welded to eliminate your product from getting trapped inside the rolled form which provides a cleaner contact surface for your finished product.
Uniform screen tension is built into every screen we make. This will provide a more consistent finished product, increased throughput yields, while reducing premature screen failure.
• Mesh Range: 1" open to 500 mesh.
• Mesh Diameter: 18", 24", 30", 40", 48", 60" and 72"
• Multiple Mesh Layer is available
Our Pretension Screens are available in the following sizes: 18", 24", 30", 40", 48", 60" and 72"
Other types of screens also available by request are Turbo Screens, Avalanche Screens, Self-Cleaning Screens, and SwecoTM Full-Flow Rectangular Panels.
