1: SZD storage-wall Vibrator is a new and idea equipment for stopping material to block or stick the hopper ( storage-wall of materials).It is placed on the storage-wall below the hopper or feeder.

INSTALLATION ADJUSTENT USE AND MAINTANCE:
1: Keep the same —Supply power and Service power.
2: It is usually placed 1/4 high of materials store .
3: The vibrating deck must be placed in the materials store If materials store is not steel or difficult to vibrate . Welding vibrator on the vibrating deck , and tighten them on the materials store.
4: Keep maintaining moter and shaft once per month ,and replenish the grease enough. Clean regularly the dust of machine shell. Change the condition of heat loss , but not to wash in water.
5: Check and see regulerly the insulator , tighten the screws of motor.
