SYT multi-functional grain sieving machine
Introduction
SYT multi-functional grain sieving machine is mainly used to clean, sieve and classify grain cereals such as wheat, highland barley, rice, corn, soybean, cotton seeds and camellia, It is a multi-purpose economical cleaning machine. It is composed of rack, 4 transport wheels, drive part, main air blower, gravity separation units, dedusting fan, aspirating channel and straining box. The machine can be moved conveniently and flexibly. It is easy to change screen cloth and it has high performance.
Applied field
SYT multifunctional grain sieving machine is mainly used to clean, sieve and classify grain cereals such as wheat, highland barley, rice, corn, soybean, cotton seeds and camellia.
Working principle
The grain is conveyed into feed hopper by belt conveyor or screw tube conveyor, and then the gith pressure type suction fan can suck out the dust and stive. The grain flows from feed hopper to winnowing screen. The grain moves along the curve. The heavy materials move foreward and the light materials move backward, and then the relatively light sundries like small corn cobs, mould in the grain will be screened out, the grain cleaned by the winnowing screen flows to the front vibrating screen and the big corn cobs, corn cobs with niblet and pebbles will be sifted out. The big corn cobs, corn cobs with niblet and big pebbles frow out from the first layer outlet, the net grains come out from the second layer outlet and the stones and lumps smaller than grains flows out from the third layer outlet.
