Functions and features
1. The cuboids heat setting tanker of JM Company has same structure and control as the circular heat setting tanker. The advantages of high space utilization, especially for clothes steaming and printing fixation, space utilization is more than double the circular machine.
2. This equipment adopts advanced electric heating system, can easily realize humidity and twist of various yarn fiber textile without steam. Quick-open type door structure makes it safe and reliable.
3. This type heat setting tanker can even; precise and downy evaporate yarn from low temperature to high temperature. Adopt microcomputer steam process system, precision temperature between±0.5°C, ensure yarn steaming process according to the budget process accurately. Final get yarn steam more even and soft.
4. Yarn will become stable when the fluid pressure is up to a certain value through heat setting tanker, and through adjust of the steam, weight will increase from inside to outside uniformly, so to improve quality, finalize the design, keep the yarn original appearance style, Without macular, non-pollution yarn pipe will not deformation.
5. JM heat setting tanker adopts high-quality container board, which is durable, safe, environmental protection and with resistance. The equipment can be started through one key and good sealing.
6. JM heat setting tanker with variety series, cuboid&circular type,with different open door mode, transmit yarn steaming more convenient and yarn seems more thoroughly.
