Curcumin 's oxidation resistance ability is Vitamin 1.60 times that of Vitamin, is 2.33 times that of flavanone class oxidant, is 2.75 times that of Vitamin C. The Curcumin and the derivative can be served as food colorants, diuresis, antibacterial and so on. It can be used treat cancer, and it is good for the stomach.
