Nitrogen helium leak fluorine oil platform is a semiconductor device tightness, reliability crude leak detection equipment. This electronic device is sealed backpressure method helium leak supporting equipment, consists of two parts. The first part is the subject pressure nitrogen seal device. The second part is the subject sealing device against fluorine oil.
The device has a manual and automatic PLC control of two types; there are liquid level automatic control and process status display 'pressure helium and fluorine oil pressure separately and independently conducted, flexible and interfere with each other; key components, such as valves, pipes , flanges, pressure tanks and storage tanks, etc., are manufactured of stainless steel. Tank filter can filter out solid particles 5μm, to ensure that fluorine oil clean. The equipment and helium leak detectors fit, able to complete GJB36A-96, GJB548-96A and GJB128A-97 on this idea and the semiconductor device of leak detection requirements specified in the standard.
