Our Factory offers Seond hand paired used shoes and Graded used shoes exported to Africa.
These used shoes are sorted and graded by our very experienced staff and packed in 25KG bags ready for shipping.
Each used shoes bag is stitched sealed and not secured with cable ties as this reduces the number of sacks that can be loaded in the containers.
Each Mixed Used Shoes Sacks can be packed in our standard 25Kg or as per customer requirements.
Either truck’s for road deliveries in Europe or 20ft or 40 ft containers for Sea port destinations worldwide are, expertly loaded by our staff to maximise the capacity of the container.
Sack Weight:
Our standard packing for used shoes is in 25KG Sacks but we can also pack as per your requirement as our sacks can load up to 32KG per sack.
Container sizes and loading:
We load both 20ft and 40ft High cube containers
1*20 ft containers: Average sacks 330 to 350
1*40 ft HQ containers: Average sacks 720 to 750
The reason for the range of average sacks is that subject to customer requirements we will load each sack by hand and thereby achieve the lower average sack count. However only on customer request and responsibility we will compress sacks into container- This practice we are not in favour with as there is always potential for damage.
Quantity of used shoes per 25KG sack:
First Grade or Mixed Grade used shoes:
Average 48 – 55 pairs
20% to 25% Men’s
15% to 20% Kids
Balance Ladies
Used Trainers Shoes (Sports shoes):
Average 30 - 35 Pairs
85% to 95% Men’s and Youth
Balance Ladies
Winter Shoes:
Average 25 – 35 pairs
10% Mens
5% Kids
Balance Ladies
