These are sorted and graded by our very experienced staff and packed in 25KG bags ready for shipping.
Each bag is stitched sealed and not secured with cable ties as this reduces the number of sacks that can be loaded in the containers.
Sack Weight:
Our standard packing for shoes is in 25KG Sacks but we can also pack as your requirement
Container sizes and loading:
We load both 20ft and 40ft High cube containers
20 ft containers: Average sacks 300 to 350
40 ft containers: Average sacks 700 to 780
The reason for the range of average sacks is that subject to customer requirements we will load each sack by hand and thereby achieve the lower average sack count. However only on customer request and responsibility we will compress sacks into container- This practice we are not in favour with as there is always potential for damage.

——First,Original Used Shoes Materials is passed through a simple screening process whereby we inspect the plastic sacks to ensure they contain only second-hand used shoes.
——Secondly,our used shoes collectors are out on a daily basis, collecting second-hand used shoes straight off the hanger into the factory. The used shoes are then sorted and graded by experienced graders.
——Thirdy,once selected, the second-hand used shoes are neatly placed into sacks which weigh 25 kg and are sealed by sewing machines. These are ready for export to our clients in all over the world.
——Lastly,best used shoes containers exporting service. We cooperate with experienced and famous forwarding companies so that we can arrange for the shipping of the goods with the necessary transport documents in your name and on your behalf.
