1.How to make the design effective?
- A: If you have a final design please provide us the design documents and we will exactly build your coffee cart trailer kiosk as your data.
- B: If you don't have a final design, that is ok, just provide us the similar pictures you have and our designer make a scheme as your detail requests.
- C:If you don't have a final design neither similar pictures, don't worry, we will provide you some suggestion to choose and we are sure that we can provide you the best service.
2. What is the "Design Fee"?
- "Design Fee" is prepaid before we start designing the coffee cart trailer kiosk as your customized request. Please kindly check the account information we provide before you arrange the payment. Please provide us the T/T SLIP or Payment Notification to us for reference.
5. How is the shipment?
- Usually 2-3 days before we finish the production we will inform you arrange the rest 50% payment and we will arrange the shipment after we receive the money. Also be sure that the earlier payment the earlier shipment.
6. How about the vessel booking?
- Usually we don't book vessel for you because of our "EXW"&"FOB". But if you really need us booking vessel for you we are pleased to serve you wholeheartedly but you should pay the fees.
7. How about taking delivery?
- We will present you all the original shipping documents via express after you clear all the payment and also we can arrange telex release if you need it. And you can take the delivery with the shipping doucument after you clear your custom.
8. How about "After-sale Service"?
- Usually we provide you 3-years of after-sale service and we can send our chargeable engineer to your side if our production occurs badly fault.
