Equally at home on flat bed or rotary diecut operations, this product aids creasing without damage to corrugate boards.
Optimum height is 1mm below creasing rule and can either be glued or stapled to the die.
Creasing without rubber, at the end of the creasing process, the liner has cracked and the crease quality is poor.
Flexi crease being used in conjunction with matrix on a flat bed to crease double wall.
As the die is indexed, the rubber crushes the flutes around the area to be creased. This results in pressure being spread over a wider surface area and reduce the risk of cracking.
