Architectural Lighting Truss System

Specifications:

Steel trusses in conformance to the ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18000 and TUV Standard.

Being fabricated in our fabrication yard, quality, precision and workmanship of the steel trusses can be well controlled to ensure better structural performance. 

Connection of steel trusses to other supporting structures, such as steel columns or concrete columns, is also easy and fast.  Roof trusses or floor trusses can be easily installed on site.  This will shorten the duration of site works, and greatly saves contractor's labor and equipment costs. 

Standard Quality Control procedures will be carried out after steel trusses are fabricated.  Magnetic Particle Tests will be done to randomly selected welds for a specifed percentage.  Ultrasonic Tests and X-Ray Tests can be arranged upon request. Whenever necessary, we will also carry out pre-assemblings to ensure that all fabricated trusses can be installed on site without any problems. 

Surface treatment includes sand blasting, primer coating, intermediate coating, and top coating. 

Each individual truss will be marked and the marking plan will be provided for easy installation.
