1. Q: How can you control the quality ?
A: 100% of the products will be tested and keep lighting to test its quality reliability, from raw material to half assembling until finishing products, each product should pass these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
2. Q: What is your client?
A: wholesaler, export company, hotel projects, supermarket chain, trading agent, big retail chains and On-line shop.
3. Q: What is your trading terms?
A: 1. Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance against shipment notice(By TT) . or L/C , or Western Union for small amount .
2. Lead time : normally in 30 days after deposit received.
3. Sample policy : Samples are always available for each model . Samples can be ready in 7-15 days once payment received .
4. Shipping port: Zhongshan /Shenzhen China
5. Discounts : We offer discount for big quantity.
4 .Q: How I can delivery the my goods?
A:1,By Express: such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX etc. The dispatch time is about 3-5 days
2,Air Freight: when your order more than 100kgs which will be more economical than express.
3,Sea Freight: we will update sea freight once we know your sea port where goods will be delivered.
4,Agent designated by client: please tell us the contact detail of your shipping agent and we will arrang to deliver the items.
