It is widely applied to the filling of such liquid materials as drinks, juice, milk, soya-bean milk, peanut milk, soy sauce, vinegar, yellow rice wine, edible oil and etc. With the elegant bag shape, the bags are in good taste with firm sealing. And after sterilization , the products' shelf life can be up to one to three months. Therefore this packer is your first choice for liquid materials.
Main Functions:
* automatic tape supply and drift correction.
* automatically finish the processes of pouch forming, filling, sealing, cutting, date priting for pillow pouch packaging.
* PLC controller and automatic cursor location(or photoelectric control device or Photocell Monitoring) ensure the patterns will be complete and beautiful.
* quantitative piston pump filling ensure packaging volume can be adjusted within accurate range.
* linear haul-off feed bags
* carbon tape date printing
* two types suit for single layer PE film and laminated films.
