China Jiangsu Polyurethane Glue pu adhesive for XPS Sandwich Panel
Description:
SPC-1001 polyurethane adhesive cures fast with good adhesion and excellent
weather resistance.
It is developed from imported raw materials, adopting the latest eco-friendly
international formula and advanced technology.
It is a single-component polyurethane adhesive that is superior in performance,
convenient in use.
This adhesive is tested to be eco-friendly, light smell, high viscosity, good cut and
peel strength, heat resistant, anti-aging, It can resist water, oil dirt and eroding after
the adhesive film foamed and solidified.
Application:
SPC-1001 series single component polyurethane adhesive is widely used in
sandwich panel manufacturing, applied by machine or by hand.
It can be used for bonding a variety of substrates, including plastic, sponge, leather,
metal, paper faced gypsum board, calcium silicate board, PVC, calcined magnesia,
rock wool, paper honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb, polystyrene foam, XPS
extruded board, polywood, MDF, melamine paper board, phenol formaldehyde
foam, etc.
It is widely applied for door manufacturing, light-weight building materials, refrigerator,
purification equipment, etc.
Package:
Package A is 25kg/plastic barrel;
Package B is 200kg/iron drum.
One 20' container loads 720 barrels/90 drums/18 tons
Application instruction:
1. Clean the target material surface.
2. Evenly spread the adhesive, about 150g/SQM.
3. Cover the material by raising pressure(about 0.5-1.0kg/cm2).
4. Release the pressure after adhesive solidified.
5. Wash the tools with acetic ether solvent.
Note:
1. Must press the target material within the adhesive active period, but not
after the solidifying;
2. Press time: about 4 hours in summer, 6 hours in winter, 24 hours
to reach the best intensity. To short the time, some water can be
sprayed on the adhesive.
Storage:
Stored in warehouse or indoor, keep sealed, shelf life is not less than 6
months.The rest glue should be sealed with cover to avoid solidification.
